工作职责
监控: 监控服务器，联络监控中发现的问题并对自动的警报邮件作出反应。
通过电话、邮件对用户提供关于电脑、应用程序、打印机、网络、国际电话等相关的IT第一级支持。
将提供的IT支持的细节记录进系统。
更新知识库。

任职资格
标准商务日语，英语流畅。 
有IT背景。如果对服务器、网络熟悉的话更佳。
接受培训后可以独立工作。

Responsibility:
Provide service to our Japanese customer via phone and Email in the manner of polite and professional way. Monitor the network and server, etc. 
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process.
Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
Record and update ticket information in time.

Requirements:
Fluent Japanese, both written and oral.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, etc.
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.
Basic English communication skill is also required.
