Job Description 职位描述:
Production Leader Supply Chain供应链管理
-- Managing a group of suppliers to guarantee smooth production and delivery on time
管理供应商以确保生产的顺利进行和货物及时出运；
-- Establishing master production plan and managing purchasing orders
精通生产计划制定及管理采购订单；
--Ensuring component supply and managing component stock on hand
确保面料的正常供给以及管理面料库存；
-- Optimizing overall costs of products
通过优化整体流程以控制产品成本
-- Monitoring sales turn over, margin and other KPI
对销售利润/交易额及其他KPI 指标等销售数据进行监测分析
Quality Production Leader 生产质量管理
-- Ensuring product quality through the deployment of quality control plans
通过执行质量控制计划来确保生产中的产品质量
-- Ensuring supplier quality system through internal and external quality & social Audits
通过内部和外部的质量体系及社会责任审计，以确保供应商的质量控制体系符合要求
-- Managing the development of product range
管理产品开发过程中一系列相关事宜；
-- Taking supplier management leads on new supplier sourcing & cost negotiation
供应商管理的同时，负责发展新的供应商及进行成本谈判
Profile:
-- Sports enthusiast;
-- Bachelor degree or above;
--Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English and Chinese, French will be a strong plus;
-- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
