二、招聘岗位描述

1. 技术支持实习生

·         Technical Support Engineer Intern -- Japanese Speaker

·         Technical Support Engineer Intern -- Korean Speaker

GSS China is looking for talents who are interested in playing technical support role in Beijing Center. The technician will be trained to achieve RHCE level after on-boarding. As a technical support engineer, you will collaborate with all level support engineers and develop engineers in Red Hat on a daily basis to deliver professional technical support services to Red Hat customers regarding Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related products.
NOTE:
1. This position is for students only.
2. This is a six months full-time position for intern.
3. By the end of internship, permanent position will be offered to excellent students
Key Responsibilities:
1. To systematically learn Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Red Hat linux experts will conduct the training.
2. To answer telephone hotline and web based inquiries from customers regarding Red Hat's products after passing RHCE exam.
3. Share knowledge with other team members

2.测试实习生

·         Intern - Internationalization (I18N) and Localization (L10N) Testing

The Red Hat Engineering Department is currently seeking qualified intern candidates for the position of I18N/L10N testing for Red Hat products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up test environment
- Design and develop test plan, cases and test scripts for automated testing
- Participate in test execution
- Analyze test run results
- Reproduce and isolate faults, perform root cause investigation and report bugs
- Cooperate with colleagues in other countries

·         Intern - Virtualization(Automation)

We are actively seeking for candidates with a strong development skill to join us as Quality Engineer (Automation). Successful candidates will work in a Team which is always involved in the latest technology in the Linux domain such as Virtualization and Automating Test Cases with Open Source toolchain such as kvm-autotest. Hence, this role will be highly suitable for someone pursuing a career in Software Testing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with developers in order to improve understanding of technology sub-components
- Create and maintain Test Plan
- Create and maintain Test Scripts
- Involved in Patch Review
- Bug reporting and verification
- Queue automation jobs
- Analyze automation failures
- Other duties as assigned

·         Intern - Virtualization(Software Testing)

We are actively seeking for candidates with a strong attention to details to join us as Quality Engineer(Software Testing). Successful candidates will be work in a Team which is always involved in the latest technology in the Linux domain such as Virtualization. Hence, this role will be highly suitable for someone pursuing a career in Software Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor degree or above in technical related discipline or equivalent
2. Proven Japanese skills in reading and writing
3. Good English skills in reading and writing an advantage
4. Good knowledge on Linux or Unix installation, configuration and troubleshooting
5. Good communication skills
6. Active participation in Linux Unix Groups and Open Source Projects an advantage

·         Technical Support Engineer Intern -- Korean Speaker

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in technical related discipline or equivalent
2. Proven Korean language skills in reading and writing
3. Good English skills in reading and writing an advantage
4. Good knowledge on Linux or Unix installation, configuration and troubleshooting
5. Good communication skills

6. Active participation in Linux Unix Groups and Open Source Projects an advantage

2. Well developed writing and reading skills in Japanese (written)
3.Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

6.Highly motivated, enjoys fast paced environment
7.Team player who works well with others

·         Intern - Virtualization(Software Testing)

Requirements:

1.Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
2. Scripting skills including (Python, Perl, or Ruby) and Shell
3. Familiar with virtulization technologies such as KVM and Xen will be highly regarded
4. Strong background in Linux Operating Systems
5. Some experience in administrating Windows Server
6. Relevant working experience in the area of Software Testing is a plus
7. Attention to details
8. Good initiative and fast-learning
9. Can work under high pressure and Can quickly adapt to different work
10. Java, C or C is a plus
11. Multi-lingual skill is a plus
