Job Responsibilities:

− Provide ITO mobility support for all southern branches and sub-branches as well as RRB branches;
− Assist RSC manager to ensure the IT service quality to meet high demand of one-stop customer service for all southern branches;
− Provide an efficient communication channel between branches and headquarter office to deliver updated messages and ensure a smooth and timely incident/problem escalation process;
− Assist RSC manager to supervise the IT daily operations and projects implemented in the southern branches, adhering to the Group IT standard and strategy with high productivity and efficiency;
− Ensure that the scheduled projects are delivered on time, within budget and resources allocated;
− IT document management. Collect and file IT relevant files according to catalog, maintain full and updated IT documentation for RSC and branch IT team.
− AD administration with request from National Helpdesk team.
− Vendor coordination and management.

Job Requirements:

－College (or above) graduate in Computer Science or relevant discipline;
－Good communication as well as teamwork;
－Prior experience in a foreign company or bank would be an advantage;
－Good English language skills;
－Be proactive and willing to work under pressure;
－Short term trip around South China.
