猎头顾问助理(Researcher) 招聘人数:2人
岗位职责:
1. 根据项目需求独立开展搜寻目标候选人及获取简历(主要渠道是打Cold Call);推荐职位工作职责及企业背景,进行简历的初步筛选、电话沟通及初步面试筛选并整理候选人推荐报告;(权重80%)
2. 进行项目信息收集,进行行业信息研究、收集和整理,包括:行业的客户信息,分析、研究客户的需求;相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理;(权重10%)
3. 汇总和归类客户、职位信息、猎取总结与候选人简历等资料整理进入公司系统,建立、更新行业人才数据库。(权重10%)
任职资格:
1. 大学本科学历或以上,人力资源管理、管理学、心理学、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2. 主动性强,思路清晰、活跃,勤奋,能够承受较大的工作压力;一年以上猎头或相关行业工作经验优先;
3. 优秀的沟通协调能力和技巧,出色的表达能力和说服力,电话沟通能力强;
4. 具有较好的亲和力,喜欢人力资源职业,信息敏感度、学习能力强,具优秀的工作责任心和团队合作精神;
5. 优秀的普通话、粤语表达能力,CET-6或以上,英语听说读写流利。

Summary:
The Assistant Consultant assist Consultants dealing with the cases which providing suitable candidates to clients.
·Assist consultants in business development efforts by providing necessary research.
·Implement position analysis and identify the direction or target of search.
·Utilize a range of methods to source appropriate candidates, including research, databases and advertising.
·Identify potential candidates and/or sources for competitive new client meetings, special pre-search projects and regular search assignments, via variety of channel.
·Assist consultants in delivering written and oral reports for clients.
·Liaise with clients and candidates, assisting with candidate shortlist presentations, organize interviews, meetings and reports. ·Accurately codes all database entries.
Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to unknown candidates, Build up lists of target companies and candidates.
Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.
Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews.
Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates.
Ensure needed information of the candidate such as birth dates, given name, contact number, job functions, technical skill set etc from the candidate CV are keyed into the system.
Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.
Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management.
Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
Ensure follow the company process and procedure to get the work done. This includes sending email to candidates, filing of the information and information keyed into the system. Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or above degrees,
working experience :Fresh graduates or 1-2years working experience in any one field of the followings.
Communication: possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to make cold calls to unknown people.
English and computer skills: CET-6 or above , Good written and oral communication in English and Chinese; skillful in computer operation.
