（1）QYS Treasury Analyst -- 清远(急)1人

本职务是为Trafigura在广东清远新近筹建中的全资子公司--清远欣辉再生资源有限公司所招聘。

Responsibilities:

• Overview/optimization of utilization of bank facilities
• Weekly/monthly forecasting timely with accuracy
• Monitoring of cash flow, payment approvals
• Contract review, approval and controlling, assurance complying with company policy
• Management of cashier functions
• Handling of KYC process, counterparty credit risk assessment, compliance issues
• Liaise with Group's affiliates on all Finance issues

Requirements:

• working experience in multinational company is preferred, 3 year experience in finance roles
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Medium to advanced excel skills

Main purpose of Job:
Handling of documentation flow related to the purchases and sales of the Company; overseeing shipment, transit and warehousing of physical goods; accurate management and reporting of inventory data.

Responsibilities:
+Handle all documentation related to Company's purchases: from booking of trade, execution of contract, check of full set of documents and preparation for customs clearance, as well as filling after clearance;

+Oversee and manage cargo physical movement: keep track of containers from cargo's shipment until cargo delivery;

 

+Communicate with related external and internal parties such as clearance agent to make sure every step of clearance is done timely;

+Input and update of purchase and sales information in RECY (Company's trade system) and daily inventory reporting;

+Estimate import costs, checking comparing with actual costs;

+Update various management reports in daily, weekly or monthly basis;

+Weight bridge control: uploading of purchase reception and sales data, accurate reporting and timely in daily report;

+Backing up Traffic functions of affiliated company based in Taicang or Ningbo.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, major in International Trading, having accounting back group is plus.
- More than 1 year working experience on the related field.
- Flurent English both in oral and written.
- Acquired computer skill, especially in Excel.
-Knowledge on import documents, internal trade, and understanding of scrap business in China such as import licenses, RECY.
- Willing to bear hardships and hard work;
- Must be a self initiative and responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness.

? 监督并管理内外保安日常安保工作；

Supervise security guards daily works.

? 检查保安每日白班和晚班的值勤情况；

Check patrol and night on-duty status.

? 协助保安经理处理违规违纪保安员；

Assist to security manager to punish security guards who are got out of rules.

? 协助保安经理完成公司下达的所有任务；

Assist to security manager to achieve the tasks which are assigned by company management.

? 对保安加强思想教育，调动保安人员的工作积极性;

Assist to manager to fine-tune working passion of security guards

? 负责对行政仓库内物品和医药箱内药品的保管，对领用过程的监督。

任职要求：

2年以上外企安保部管理岗位工作经验

More than 2 years working experience in the foreign investment enterprise.

有处理紧急或突发事件能力

Have handling emergent events capability

? 负责巡逻及保护公司的财物；

Responsible for daily patrol and ensuring company property safety.

? 防止盗窃及火警发生；

Prevent theft and fire issues.

? 监察雇员出入签到，工人出入检查；

Monitor daily sign in when staff in and out, inspect workers when they are out.

? 监查及检定来访客人、公司物品的出入，确认文件， 认真填写做好各项记录；

Keep good record for visitors, goods gate pass.

? 严格遵守执行公司保安规章制度；

Compliance with company security rules.

? 监督并带领外保做好日常工作；

Supervise external security guards daily works

? 完全服从公司上级领导的工作安排，严格执行任务，做好公司安全保卫工作。

Obey supervisor arrangement, achieve tasks in time.

 

Requirements:

- 1年或以上外企安保部工作经验

1 year or above security guard working experience in foreign investment enterprise

- 高中毕业

High School graduated
