Column Associates are an Executive Search and HR Consultancy company providing senior executives to the Technology, Banking and Finance, Professional Services and Manufacturing sectors. We are a startup company so expect our Interns to work on a variety of functions during any one day. The main responsibilities for the Intern are;

考勒姆公司是一家独立的猎头和人力资本咨询服务公司，支持着全世界科技、建筑与制造、银行与金融、专业服务和生命科学企业的发展。我们帮助客户巩固、开发转变经营效益必须的领导班子。我们与国内和跨国机构合作，为他们提供各方面的建议，聘用、开发顶级水平的行政管理人才帮助他们建立并支持健康的领导团队。我公司为刚毕业的同学提供实习岗位，具体要求如下：

1.       Online research of Companies and Individuals/在线搜索公司和领域

2.      Working with Consultants to support project based work/协助咨询顾问做基本的工作以便完成项目

3.       Database management/数据库的管理

4.      Supporting the entry of data for project based work/协助完成数据库的基本信息填写

5.      Headhunting of candidates and CV selection for Senior Management position/协助中高级领导完成候选者的简历收取

6.      Other duties as outlined by Senior Management/其他工作由中高级领导分配

7.      Excellent appreciation of Microsoft Word, Excel etc./较好地运用Office软件，如Word, Excel等

8.      Fluent in English and Chinese is a must/较好的英语以及普通话的表达
