北京冶乐咨询有限公司（ELA Bridge Associates）是一家小型咨询公司，提供快消品营销/零售管理方面的咨询与培训。我们的客户包括百事集团、联合利华、蒙牛乳业、箭牌、美赞臣、大宝/强生、家乐氏谷物早餐、贝因美等等。基于在快速消费品与零售方面的专长，我们也为VC/PE 机构提供零售方面投资/并购咨询。
公司合伙人毕业于美国宾州大学沃顿商学院（U. Penn., Wharton School），在快消/零售行业有二十余年的丰富经验。其他核心成员也来自快消/零售行业全球500强企业。

招聘职位：
    助理咨询师Junior Consultant
    分析师Analyst

工作职责：
    咨询/培训项目的调研、分析
    参与咨询项目的开展、执行
    快消/零售行业培训相关课程的开发

职位要求：
    本科及以上学历，专业无限制
    有快消/零售行业相关实习/工作经验者优先
    对培训/教育行业具有兴趣
    较高的英文沟通水平（口头、书面）

Partner of the company graduated from Wharton School, U. Penn., and has over 20 years of experience in retail/FMCG industry. Other core members on the team are also from multinational retail giants and have rich experience in retail/FMCG.

Job title:
    Junior Consultant
    Analyst

Job description:
    Research and analysis on consulting and training projects
    Development of FMCG/retail related training contents
    Engagement in consulting project pitching and execution 

Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or above
    Internship/work experience in FMCG/retail industry or related fields is a plus
    Interest and commitment to work in Training/Education field
    Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

For qualified 2012 graduates, we will consider offering full-time position before the end of November.
