Job Title: Private Equity Analyst-Intern

Employer: Sungdam Investment, a Private Equity based in Beijing

Working Frequency: every weekday 

Duration: 3 months preferred 

Number: 2-3 

Job Description:

Investment support 
        Supporting due diligence on potential investment deals

        Conducting basic research on industry and market

        Supporting management of portfolio companies

        Translation of proposals, due diligence report, etc. (Chinese - English)

Providing administrative support and assistance to the CEO 
        Managing the CEO's calendar

        Scheduling business meetings with clients

        Travel arrangements (both domestic and international)

Coordinating & communicating on behalf of CEO with employees in Beijing, and with the various offices internationally

        Answering phone calls and screening calls for the CEO

        Providing personal assistance (doing errands etc.)

Carrying out general administrative functions for the Company 
        Simple bookkeeping (payroll, expenses, paying bills, etc.)

       * Will be working with outside accountant

        General office management (taking care of office needs)

        Managing office supplies

        Receiving company guests and serving drinks

Other duties assigned by the Company 
        Carrying out special projects (relocating office space, etc.)

        Conducting simple research (related to Chinese economy)

        Other duties assigned by the Company 

Requirements:

        Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English

        Education: At least a bachelor (university) degree

        Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

Other requirements: Proactive attitude, high integrity and honesty, good communications skills, hard working, fast learner and highly motivated
