[B]Title:Call Centre Rep 澳洲客服（深圳）（外包岗）[/B]
Job Description:
1.Fulfillment Rep for Australia and New Zealand web call centre
2.Handle customer incoming calls, voice message and incoming emails, regarding to post sales. inc. delivery enquries, order cancellations/amendments, return/refund/replacement, warranty and invoice, etc.
3.Handle end to end global supply chain management of Australia and New Zealand web business. inc. backlog management, EOL & offspec, order escalations. etc
Requirements:
1.Excellent English, especially speaking and writing. Overseas experience or English majored education background is a plus.
2.At least 2 years experience of working in a customer facing environment.
3.Strong problem solving skills. Can work under pressure. Desire to learn and capability to learn fast.
4.Can work by Australia time (6am to 2pm China)
