PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Solution Assembly and Packaging System(SAaP) Management Team is responsible for SAP's
solution packaging system infrastructure and system planning. In charge of SAP Rapid
Deployment solutions (RDS) and SAP Business All-in-One (BAiO), we enable SAP to drive
sustainable, high-margin revenue, adoption and customer/partner satisfaction by delivering
ready-to-consume solutions across SAP product lines, LoBs, industries and market segments -
combining products, services and content that enable our customers to realize fast business
value at low cost and risk and combined with the flexibility for future growth.
We would like to integrate motivated students in our team by focusing on their further
development.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an intern in the SAaP System Management Team you will support the team in
managing the following tasks:

• System Setup and Installation
• System Planning
• Maintain IT inventory lists
• Create inventory reports
• Post installation tasks
• Creation of presentation slides and how-to documents

We are searching for a intern supporting the following focus activities:

• Inventory reporting and document structuring and optimization (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• System Management coordination
• System Setup

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at a university
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science or related, Information Management and System, Business Administration, or Natural Science
• Very good skills in MS Office, in particular in MS Excel & MS Power Point
• Good language skills in English are essential - verbal and written
• Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently
• Interest in latest SAP technologies
• Fast learner
• Project experiences/programming languages are advantageous

The Packaging Framework development team is mainly responsible for the following topics:
.  A content marketplace with a sales & deployment cockpit - i.e. an internet platform and apps for learning about, buying and easily implementing solution packages;
.  Implementation automation and personalization tools;
.  Tools for process modeling and package & content management;
.  Technical content architecture/design.

Education and Qualifications/skills and competencies
.  Degree in computer science, or engineering
.  Web Developmenet skills, specially object oriented JavaScript, HTML, DHTML
.  Highly curious, hard working, works well both alone and as part of  a team
.  Good English speaking and writing
.  Familiar with at least one backend programming language ( e.g. JAVA, C#)

At least  4 days a week and last 6 months or more.

As part of the global SAP Education organization, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) is SAP's dedicated service provider for all types of formal and informal learning. KPS supplies SAP-internal and commercial learning needs around the globe in a cost effective and efficient way.

Learning Management Services (LMS), as part of KPS organization, focus on traditional and virtual classroom training planning and delivery, mainly for SAP-internal globally. We work closely with all other internal learning organizations to ensure the success of SAP-internal learning.
