Description:
The intern of China Improper Payment Prevention Center of Excellence (IPP COE) of GE Healthcare China is responsible for establishing internal controls to ensure the Company's compliance with GE's Improper Payment Prevention Implementing Procedures, GE's Disbursement Framework and SEC regulations.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
• Monitor payments to high risk vendors.
• Implement documentation procedures and support the accurate reporting of transactions.
• Monitor expenses for high-risk payments and government officials.
• Coordinate with the auditors to conduct regular review and audits of expenditures,
• Support Disbursement Control Leader to the coordination with Asia and Global team to provide feed back on the transactions within China as well as lead IPP projects and global initiatives within the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong analytic skills.
2. Clear thinking / problem solving.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Solid PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. Ability to communicate using English
