这是我在做的一份实习,但我9月底要考托福,所以做到八月底就不做了,但公司刚进了个大project挺需要人的,所以我还是找个人替替吧~因为这实习给了我超多,回馈回馈~
公司人超好,超好玩!经常有活动(surprise party for大boss,大boss请吃金鼎轩,糖果喝酒唱歌跳舞,京郊露营......)
不是打杂类的实习,跟正式员工一样,接触真正的业务,每天都很充实!!
周一到周四9点上班6点下班,周五9点上班5点下班
开学后可以一周来两三天,越多越好
因为是英国公司,所以邮件往来必然是英文的,平时的一些公司会议和培训也会用到英文,但中国同事之间还是用中文的.
上班地点在万通中心(金台夕照站下)

Role Description:
An associate consultancy position with RMG is dynamic, fast-paced, and highly challenging role. Consultants must have the ability to handle demanding international clients and manage many different projects at once. Key responsibilities include:
•    Developing a specialist recruitment ‘desk' where you focus solely on recruiting for a specific niche either in a focused geographical area, or throughout China.
•    Actively calling, meeting, and prospecting clients and candidates, regularly and in high volume.
•    Selling RMG's portfolio of retained and contingent search & selection services, always seeking further opportunities to advance RMG's business and your individual ‘desk'.
•    Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and objectives.
•    Contributing to the friendly team atmosphere through formal and informal information sharing and team work.
•    Representing RMG at trade shows, industry events and business networking events.
•    Contributing to and participating in team-based training events in a regular basis.
Person Description:
Successful RMG recruitment consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds. The common ‘theme' is that everyone works hard, is willing to learn, and must work as a team. As guidance, we focus on the following areas:
•    A strong desire to work in a results oriented role.
