Job Responsibility:
- Schedule VP's calendar, remind them the relevant issues;
- Arrange VP's business trip, including: book air tickets, book hotels
- Help to claim VP's expenses
- Assist VP with department related reports, PPT and other materials;
- Assist to organize all kinds of company activities;
- Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms;
- Other tasks assigned by VP.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated with bachelor degree or above;
- More than 1 year secretary work experience;
- Fluent oral and written English with English certificate: CET6/TEM4/TEM8;
- Familiar with MS office: Word, Excel, PPT;
- Easy-going, able to bear great pressure, responsible and detail-oriented;
- Good possess of communication skill, be able to form good relationship with colleagues.
