Job Title:  

Legal Intern[/B]

Primary Responsibility:

-Working with Regional General Counsel in providing legal support to the commercial activities in the region;
-Working with Regional General Counsel in corporate governance matters;
-Preparing and reviewing legal contracts both in English and Chinese and working with commercial teams on mitigating commercial and legal risks;
-Conducting legal research (including IP issues) and providing Chinese law advice to Regional General Counsel;
-Assisting Regional General Counsel in creating legal forms, templates and best practices and developing processes for new business and commercial models; and
-Assisting Regional General Counsel in other legal matters.

Qualification:

-Licensed to practice Chinese law; foreign bar license desirable but not required
-An undergraduate law degree or a master's degree in law from a top University in China;

Desired:

-Ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts in both English and Chinese;
-Having good command of the English language and strong oral and written communication skills; 
-Good work ethics.
