Job description:
1. Support product development work, including: 
- Conduct literature research for product design purpose
- Track product performance/ indicators in branches regularlly
- Arrange meetings with branches and be in charge of meeting minutes
2. Support marketing related affiars, including:
- Prepare standard marketing & sales packs
- Support marketing event preparation & execution
3. Assist in training programs, including: 
- Collect Information  & Translation  (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG)
- Prepare training materials and documentations

Profile: 
 "1. Excellent academic performance with financial/ economics related background
2. Proficient in written and spoken English; good Chinese news press release writter would be a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (expecially Excel, PPT) 
4. Internship experience in international corporates; Previous experience in banking industry is a plus
5. Interest in microfinance; Dedicated to work
6. Student who was during 3rd / 1st year of undergraduate/ graduate period, or the one already 保研would be a plus "
 
Intership Period 
6 months (Otc, 2011-March,2012) 
 
Working days a week: 4 -5 days a week
