ISTC成立于2005年，是IBM履行订单和生产制造的战略基地，产品涉足x系列服务器、p系列服务器、i系列服务器和零售系统解决方案，也为IBM软件产品业务及客户服务解决方案中心提供相关支持，ISTC在南山科技园设有办公地点，同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地，由CPC提供相关采购支持。 ISTC通过整合本土及全球的专业人才及技能以确保IBM更快的应对市场变化，以高效优质的产品解决方案及服务满足客户需求并提高客户满意度，从而在 IBM全球化的业务模式中担任重要角色。

CPC成立于2004年，总部位于深圳市科技园。业务范围涵盖生产采购、一般采购、物流采购、市场信息分析、全球采购业务咨询服务等。CPC秉承IBM全球采购的使命，致力于通过优化资源与系统建立世界一流的随需应变型供应链系统。在端对端的供应链管理中，CPC将通过与全球团队的紧密协作，提升技能并合理配置资源，以成本控制、灵活应变、质量保证和技术更新来实现行业领先的目标。随着中国对于IBM整体供应链运作的影响和范围不断扩大，IBM于2006 宣布将全球采购中心迁移至中国，CPC将会在IBM全球采购战略中扮演更加重要的角色。迄今，CPC已成为IBM全球第二大生产采购中心。

Job Description:
    Provide in-depth technical support to IBM Asia Pacific front office for IBM System x and Power Blade related products;
    Escalate and follow up design issue or defect with Product Field Engineer/Product Engineer until issue got resolved;
    Critical situation management to achieve customer satisfaction, by leading or cooperating across IBM internal team;
    Onsite support to fix critical problem at customer site;
    Provide/design/deliver education course to IBM engineers in AP for their skill enhancement perspective;

Requirements:

    Define/maintain and continually improve IBM server production process and working instructions. Provide technical support to production and customer.
    Define testing process and design test programs by C++,Python to support IBM server test .
    Define quality control plan, control and improve IBM server quality, provide global customer quality technical support.
    Facility design/deployment/maintenance process. Responsible for capacity model, efficiency analysis, time study for cycle time improvement.
    Study IBM technologies; provide technical training to IBM engineers and customers.
