工作内容：

• Research local and regional economic issues.

• Assist in providing consultative services to governmental and nongovernmental agencies regarding urban and rural regeneration.

• Draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes.

• Participate in managing projects for small to medium sized projects.

• Conducting economic and competitive research for project feasibility studies and other advisory work.

• Assist in collecting market data for financial feasibility studies, with an emphasis on development projects.

• Assist in the preparation of project reports.

• Prepare documentation and presentation packages.

任职要求：

• Major in economics, finance, real estate, geography, social science, or related fields.

·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.

• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin essential. Competency in English preferred.

• Some experience of report writing.

• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.
