集团培训生计划：
集团培训生计划将为香格里拉注入新的人才，以便进行系统化的内部培养，为将来的管理岗位储备优秀人才。该计划是一个为期16个月的发展计划，?K分为三个阶段：
-第一阶段: （四个月） - 在香格里拉酒店管理培训中心进行两个月的制度学习和两个月的酒店岗前培训。
-第二阶段: （六个月） - 进行专业领域的在职培训
-第三阶段: （六个月） - 在目标岗位上见习副经理/经理
受聘人员条件:
-本科以上学历，专业不限
-英语流利（口语和书面英语）
-良好的沟通能力
-良好的服务意识
-具有团队精神
-具有责任感
-乐于在不同文化的环境中工作

Corporate Trainee Program
The Corporate Trainee Program is an enriching 16-month program with a chance to interact with people across our family and an opportunity for further career development.
-First stage (four months):
2-month Institutional Learning at the Shangri-La Academy in Zhuhai, China.
2-month Orientation in related hotels.
-Second stage (six months): on-job training in relevant department
-Third stage (six months): work as Acting Assistant Manage / Manager
Desired Qualities
-At least a bachelor degree education and above
-English fluency (both verbal and written)
-Strong communication skills
-Guest focused
-Strong team spirit
-Strong sense of responsibility
-An open attitude in working with different culture
Job Title: Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Corporate Trainee
Staff Welfare
-Corporate Trainee will be provided the salary and benefit of supervisor level. After complete Corporate Trainee Program and pass the evaluation, a manager level salary and benefit will be provided accordingly.
-Provide duty meals, uniforms and dormitories.
-Provide social insurance (including pension, basic medical, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance) and housing fund.
Working Location: Subject to Corporate arrangements, serving in assigned hotels or resorts.
Working Department: Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverages,
Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering department.
