    Manufacturing & Engineering play a critical role in Dow’s transformation into an earnings growth company. Accounting for roughly half of Dow’s 50,000 total workforce, M&E professionals are actively contributing in many different functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Technology Centers, Maintenance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Manufacturing Information System as well as Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S). We produce more than 5,000 products in nearly 200 manufacturing sites around the world. Today, we have about 2,700 of M&E and EH&S professionals based in Asia Pacific and India.

    The Manufacturing & Engineering Development Program (MEDP) is one of the opportunities being offered in Dow M&E. Positions like Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical and Instrument Engineer, Reliability Engineer, EH&S Engineer, Project Engineer… can be offered which enable you to work on a broad base of technologies and get exposed to different operating environments.
   
    Join MEDP will enable you to:
    Gain broad M&E experience, knowledge and skills through the comprehensive training program
    Have a 6-10 months or longer rotational assignment at various M&E sites and functions
    Have your own assigned mentor
    Build a global network of peers and colleagues who can help you succeed and grow
    Begin to manage and develop your career
   
    We are looking for recent graduates with:
   
    Major in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Instrument Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related Engineering Disciplines
    Integrity and respect for people
    Passion for manufacturing & engineering
    Aspiration to be an “all around” talent in manufacturing & engineering
    High level of initiative and excellent teamwork spirit
    Willingness to relocate to different sites in China
