SEMM (Self-employed Mass Market)：微型企业部

Function：
Product development&Sales planning

Job scope：
1. Support product development work, including: 
- Conduct literature research for product design purpose
- Manage and maintain all product related documents
- Track product performance/ indicators in branches regularlly
- Arrange meetings with branches and be in charge of meeting minutes
2. Support sales planning related work, including: 
- Consolidate data from branches for the daily report and support the pipeline management
- Arrange regional sales meetings with branches
3. Assist in training programs, including: 
- Collect Information  & Translation  (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG)
- Prepare training materials and documentations

Profile：
1. Excellent academic performance with financial/ economics related background
2. Proficient in written and spoken English; good Chinese news press release writter would be a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PPT) 
4. Internship experience in international corporates; Previous experience in banking industry is a plus
5. Interest in microfinance; Dedicated to work
6. Student who was during 3rd / 1st year of undergraduate/ graduate period, or the one already 保研would be a plus 

Intership Period：
6 months (Dec, 2010-April,2011)

Working days a week：
4 -5 days a week

Mid Dec
