Responsibility 
-Maintain the talent database  
-Analysis the talent structure and draft the PPT 
-Assist to make talent development plan  
-Support talent assessment and training 
 
Requirement 
-Bachelor degree or above 
-Detail-oriented 
-Good command of MS office and English  
-Excellent communication skills  
-Be able to work over 4 days a week, and work at least 3 months. (6-month is preferred)
