We are currently looking for interns as part of our Human Capital Advisory Service team in Shanghai office. Besides the chance to work on our consulting projects, outperforming interns with high potential will be our first choice of permanent hire after the internship and graduation.

 

Job Description

1. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the consulting profession

2. Strong academic performance and extracurricular activities

3. Always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure

4. Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

5. Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin

6. A fast learner and strong team player

7. Creative, flexible and self-confident

 

Job Requirements:

1. Major in business administration, human resources, psychology, sociology, labor relationship, statistics & economics... etc.

2. Strong interests in and passion for pursuing consultancy as a career, previous internship experience with other top management consulting companies is a plus

3. Available to work starting from February

4. At least 4 days available per week, preferably 5 days during internship
