Intel China Ltd seeks a first or second year LLM candidate (Graduated Year: 2013/2014) for an intern position with its Legal Department in Shanghai.
The successful candidate will perform various legal intern work and project-related activities in support of China Legal Team. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Review and research laws, regulations and policies
- Prepare legal reports in MS word/PPT formats
- Assist with Chinese/English translation of legal documents
- Assist with departmental matters such as meetings and other administrative work
- Independently handle legal document filing and tracking
Experience in handling doc filing/retention, doing legal research and report preparation is helpful but not required. The candidate should have a good command of both spoken and written English (and Chinese) and have good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. The office location is at ShanghaiMart in Puxi. The candidate is generally expected to work on a 4-day a week and 8- hour a day schedule with some flexibility.
