Position 1: Intern -AP team (实习生－应付)-Qingpu Plant
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project and AP team to perform the correct accounting entry and timely payment.
Make invoice processing per purchase order
Collect, verify payment voucher and relevant documents for Ad hoc payments
Be responsible for AP related account reconciliation
Provide accounting report per project's requirement
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting/finance or relevant
Good MS office skill, especially skill of excel
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Strong ability to learn and will to accept any task assigned
Willing to take pressure under multi-tasks working environment
Command of written and communicable oral English

Position 3: Intern-Accounting team (实习生－总帐)－HKNW Office, Downtown
Main Responsibilities:
- Check the TER claims for employees
Assist to file the accounting documents
Make sure employees can get their reasonable reimbursements as soon as possible;
Make sure all employees' TER claims are complied with company's policy & internal control's requirements;
Make sure accounting documents are filled & archived in order & in time.
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting/finance or relevant
Good MS office skill, especially skill of excel
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Strong ability to learn and will to accept any task assigned
Willing to take pressure under multi-tasks working environment
Command of written and communicable oral English

Position 2: Intern-Cost team（实习生－成本）-Qingpu Plant
Main Responsibilities:
- Involve inventory control, special in spare parts management. Consolidate the data of ending and goods movement to provide better analyze.
To support site energy saving program.
To Provide comparison of site functional area for tracking.
Other assignment as necessary.
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting/finance or relevant
Good MS office skill, especially skill of excel
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Strong ability to learn and will to accept any task assigned
Willing to take pressure under multi-tasks working environment
