Management Trainee

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Overview

TE Enterprise is looking for excellent graduates from reputable universities to join the team as Management Trainee.

This is a 3-year job rotation program, which offers the candidates the opportunity to work in different functions including customer service, product management, sales and marketing with the objective to have a long-term development in TE and to take a critical management role in the future.

This program will also include all types of developmental activities including on-job-training, in-class training, developmental projects and mentor programs.

Responsibilities

1^st year – First Assignment:

¨ Business Analysis (30% of the time): Assist the China Sales Director in business analysis, including analyzing data on market share, revenue growth, and ROIC for the Enterprise Networks

¨ Customer Service (70% of the time): Work in customer service function to handle sales order processing and related follow up; coordinate the handling of customer complaints to maintain good relationship with customers.

2^nd year – Second Assignment:

¨ Product Management: Identify what is needed in the market, work with engineering and sales to develop products and the products life-cycle with the objective of growing sales revenue and market share.

3^rd year – Third Assignment:

¨ Sales: Will be responsible for a sales area and identify customers, follow up on potential sales projects to sell products in the designated areas.

Requirements

¨ Bachelor's degree;

¨ Major in mechanical or electronics engineering;

¨ Strong communication and interpersonal skill;

¨ Good analytical skill;

¨ Professional English level
