Recruitment Objective: 
Empiricus cordially invite interested applicants to submit their application for our Trading Production Engineer positions base on the following position information and requirements. Applicants for the Trading production engineer are invited for the following three candidate categories base on different expertise, experience level, competency and skill sets. 
Key requirements: 
Entry level C++ Develop candidates from any academic disciplines are also welcomed C Entry level position with no working experience required. ideal candidates should have proven C++ coding abilities demonstrated from their rankings in ACM International collegiate Programming contest or Topcoder Contest. 
Experienced C++ programmer in Linux platform at least 2-3 years of experience with software development experience, exceptional ability in coding and debugging with preference for candidates with algorithm development experience. 
Expert-level candidate must have at least 4-5 years of hands-on expert level software and algorithmic development experience with extensive experience with code debugging, troubleshooting, and a vast knowledge of various programming languages and skill sets. 
Detailed Job description: 
- Trained by portfolio manager and production engineer at NYC office on understating the functionality of trading system packages, get familiar with the scripts and can improve or implement the scripts at the later stage. Also trained by portfolio manager and production engineer at NYC office to make release of USHF by implementing different configuration files and can fulfill this task independently after one month. 
- Work with portfolio manager and production engineer at NYC office on testing the feed handler, raw signals, predictions and raw orders. Fix coding bugs and integrate the trading system by compiling and testing. 
- Assist production engineer at NYC office on GUI development of USHF portfolio. 
- Work with portfolio manager and production engineer at NYC office on historical data conversion for global market and assist portfolio manager to work on production implementation of global equity market high frequency strategy. 
- Work with portfolio manager on future's tick data and assist portfolio manager to work on production implementation of US future market high frequency strategy. 
- Maintain existing trading infrastructure and improve it by adding in-house trading/operation tools. 
- Assist portfolio manager on maintenance and installation of necessary commercial software in order to provide smooth research and production environment for portfolio managers. 
Compensation overview: 
Entry level Junior developer candidates (graduating before June 2012): 100,000 - 150,000 RMB annual compensation with performance based bonus 
Experienced Production Engineer candidate: 180,000 C 250,000 RMB annual compensation with performance based bonus 
Expert level Quantitative Algorithmic developer candidates 250,000 RMB with performance based bonus

2.职位描述： 
--接受纽约投资经理和产品工程师的培训，掌握交易系统的功能，熟悉系统的编码，能够优化交易系统的程序代码； 
--接受纽约投资经理和产品工程师的培训，通过执行相关配置文件，能够运行和操作USHF系统，并能在一个月后独立进行此项工作；能够协助纽约office进行USHF的界面（GUI）开发工作； 
--与纽约投资经理和产品工程师合作，能够测试系统的原始信号、数据预测和原始指令等；修正代码bug，通过编译和测试整合交易系统； 
--协助纽约投资经理和产品工程师，完成全球市场历史交易数据的转换工作，协助投资经理的全球股票市场高频交易策略的执行。 
--与纽约投资经理和产品工程师合作，分析期货市场的高频分笔数据（tick data），协助投资经理的美国期货市场高频交易策略的执行； 
--维护当前的交易架构，能够通过增加in-house交易工具对其改进； 
--协助维护及安装必要的商业软件，从而为投资经理提供优异的研究和投资环境； 
3.待遇水平： 
--初级开发工程师：人民币10万-15万年薪和绩效奖金； 
--经验级产品工程师：18万-25万年薪和绩效奖金； 
--专家级数量化算法工程师：>25万年薪和绩效奖金；
