职位要求

² Bachelor degree above，demonstrated experience in professional services or sales is a definite plus.

拥有本科以上学历，有专业性服务行业或相关销售经验者优先考虑(上海地区应届生亦可)

职位要求

² 计算机专业本科应届生，可以到上海工作。

² 只限男生

² 准确分析公司的软件故障，并通过现场支持或远程支持的方式完成修复工作。

² 分析处理公司IT硬件和网络的各种故障，及时协调供应商完成设备维修。

² 通过邮件、电话等方式，指导office自行解决简单的软硬件或网络故障。

² 及时升级疑难案件给Lv2工程师。

² 主管安排的其他工作
