Location:Shenzhen
Internship period:Ideal candidates should be able to commit for the period of at least 4 days per week, maximum six months, or at a minimum of five months. (Will start from April)
Support to Marketing, Events Management, Membership Management in Shenzhen, the intern will:
---Marketing • Coordinate the PRD e-Newsletter • Upload to the job postings on EUCCC website for SZ • Send the monthly eNewsletter and weekly upcoming announcements
---Events • Events management Yourzine Invitations – uploading text on website and yourzine, and sending these events invitations Calling potential participants Email registration - Responsible for email confirmation to people’s registrations Creating registration lists for the respective events Events Attendance - Responsible for the registration desk (set up, banners, brochures, registration lists, collecting entrance fees, issuing receipts, photos, etc) of the events Events accounting - Responsible for the accounting of the events. Even if there is second intern helping at the registration desk, this Intern will remain in charge for the registration and accounting. The intern also will take care for the invoices to be issued from Beijing for companies that explicitly requested such • Events attendance record for all PRD members and non members
---Membership Administration to MM in SZ area • Doing research on prospects, upon MM requirements • Prepare materials (brochure, all publications, MAF, contact details of visited person) for prospects meetings for MM and GM • Issue invoice for new/renewed members • Upload members information/data on backend • For whole PRD: - update Grand File - Send new member kit (issue new member certificate, etc) for SZ area - Send the publications that new members are entitled to receive for SZ area
Required Skills: - Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin - Cantonese a plus - Background in law, business, economics or administration preferred - Research experience - Organizational, communication, social and presentation skills - Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel - Flexible and proactive attitude
