QUALIFICATIONS:
Desired Education: Master of Agriculture’s degree in horticulture, agronomy, plant breeding and genetics or closely related fields
Experience：None or with limited work experience
    With the following capabilities:
－Good problem-solving skills
－Fluency in written and oral English is required
－Analytical and investigative mind
－Ability to work as part of a team
－Computer- literate
－Ability to work with a diverse, multi-national group of plant breeders, other researchers and market development staff
－With potential to manage a wide range of field trials and other activities
－Capable of traveling frequently
