Engineering Assistant (Document Control)

 

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

 

 

Responsibilities

- Work with other field engineer to RPN & BOM creation

- Make packing lists as filed engineer's guidance

- Responsible for filing all technical documents from AE side

- Assist field engineers to material requisition for trial installation and provide support for installation and application test

- Documentation and filing for AE team

- Finish REACH and ROHS coding based on engineering judgment in PCT system

 

Qualifications

- College degree or above, 2012 graduate

- Major in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

- Practiced computer skill, preferably Microsoft Office special Excel and Word applications.

- Sense of responsibility and good communication skills

- A good team player and able to take the initiative

- Be able to read and write in English to support daily work

Application Engineer

 

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

 

Overview

Conduct market research and prepare product-related information (such as BOM, leaflets and qualification documents) and technical training materials under close guidance with the objective of helping develop and launch new products successfully within the company policy.

 

Responsibilities

Market Research

Conduct market research to gather market information, and prepare routine/simple analysis in order to help product manager produce report and recommendations to senior product manager.

 

Product Launch

Prepare BOM, leaflets and qualification documents in order to ensure successful product launch.

 

Technical Support

Prepare presentation materials/slides; prepare bidding documents in order to provide technical support to Sales.  Works with Sales, PM and R&D whiles developing required engineering solutions, Responsible for products failure analysis and raising improvements

 

Product Training

Prepare training materials in order to help Product Managers promote new products internally.

 

Routine Product Management

Update existing product catalog, leaflets and installation instruction manuals based on customer feedback and product modifications in order to ensure that product documentations are current and error-free.

 

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, 2012 graduate

- Major in 电气 related is a must

- Good communication skills and learning ability

- Team player
