思科正在招募Business Development Specialist，面向毕业时间在2年内（2010年及以后毕业的）的应届生的全职职位，工作地点在北京

Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
* Able to handle customer presentations independently; assistance/support needed only in special cases.
* Presentations include roadshows, customer presentation, competitive sales presentation.
* Demonstrates ownership of complex projects and the ability to work across different functional groups
* Able to articulate our product's strengths vs. the competition in sales situations. Relied on to assist in competitive situations.
* Able to represent technical and product marketing in engineering meetings and influence product decisions.
* Proactive support on the field alias with the ability to multi-task current projects with alias responsiveness. Provide deeper recommendations and handle the load that comes with increased visibility.
Requirements:
*Technical background in Information Technology
*1+ years of sales/SE/partner manager experience in large enterprise or IT system integration.
*Good written and verbal communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese
*Candidates with CCNA/CCNP or other relevant networking qualifications will be considered with higher priority
*In-depth knowledge of Networking Technologies such as Routing, Switching and Wireless
*Independent but also a good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Education Background
*MSEE/CE/CS with related 1-2 years work experience
