Position Title: Marketing Communication Support Intern
Business: GE Lighting
Location: Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech, SH

【Primary Responsibilities】
Leverage marketing functional resources, associated with agencies, external customers and internal customers (PM, Sales, etc.) to execute and achieve marketing goals and strategies.
Promotion support. Support Asia B to C market promotion (trade market) plan, including but not limited to design and arrange the production of sales collaterals, repackaging, survey implementation and data analysis, and manage relative archive.
Event support. Support and co-execute marketing events, tradeshows, seminars and conferences across Asia, including but not limited to collateral development, sample management, internal/external execution follow-through, logistic, onsite supervision, leads collection and analysis.
Packaging program. Coordinate the execution of packaging program across product lines for GE/HU/TUNGSRAM brands, in charge of design and layout, work with related shareholders to ensure the quality and consistency, maintain a database for all existing package artworks.
Sales toolkit. Responsible for Sales toolkit development, production and high-level distribution, including but not limited to videos, softwares, big-win case study book.
【Qualifications Required】
Strong ownership spirit and proactive attitude.
Willing to learn and stretch in non-experienced areas.
Comfortable in multi-task environment and can handle pressure.
Clear thinking, effective communication and good follow-up/deadline management skills.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
Skillful with MS Office Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
More than 4 days per week, more than 6 months.
