Position: Architect / Urban Planner (Junior) ------- Guangzhou

 

Position Description:

Obermeyer is seeking Architects and Urban Planners ready to work in an international and challenging atmosphere.

Junior Designers have outstanding skills in architecture design/urban planning, are highly motivated and are used to work in project teams. They closely work with their team leaders and understand the company's goals and design philosophy. Preparing presentations and supporting the communication with our clients is an essential part of their task.

Junior Designers will have the chance to continue their career in Obermeyer and gather profound experience to take over more responsibilities in the future.

 

Basic Requirements:

- Outstanding skills in architecture/urban planning design

- One year or more working experience

- Strong sense for team work

- Graduated from a renowned university with Bachelor Degree or above

- English or German fluency, Chinese is an advantage

- Proficient with CAD, sketchup and graphic programs

 

 

Position: Senior Architect/ Urban Planner------- Guangzhou

Position Description:

Obermeyer is seeking Senior Architects/Urban Planners ready to work in an international and challenging atmosphere. Senior Architects have strong skills in design and architecture/ urban planning, they have experienced different international companies before and have worked on important projects through most of the planning stages.

Senior Designers will lead the project team with their design ideas and know-how of the projects scope of work. With their team spirit they motivate and train their project team and review the design quality to create outstanding results.

Although working with an emphasize on design and architecture, Obermeyer's Senior Designers have a skills in team organization and are aware of efficiency and budgets.

 

Basic Requirements:

- outstanding skills in architecture design

- eight years or more working experience

- strong presentation and communication skills

- Graduated from a renowned university with Bachelor Degree or above

- Fluency in verbal/written English, German and Chinese is an advantage

- Licensed Architect or Grade 1 (China) or similar

- Proficient with CAD and graphic programs
