Job Summary:  
The intern will support the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) OG marketing programs in Greater China.  A portion of the time will also be dedicated to supporting the Accenture Mobility marketing team in China.
The primary objective is to support marketing programs that return a measurable improvement in sales, awareness and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:  
•    Work with an external translation agency to translate into Mandarin marketing materials written in English.  This includes proofing the translation, making corrections, and ensuring the high quality of the translations.
•    Develop and publish a weekly "News Summary" report which highlights news articles about the industries and clients served by Accenture.  This includes checking a predefined list of news outlets, assembling the news stories, and developing a professional looking email communication in which to share the news summaries.
•    Track and update client contact information and touch points in the salesforce.com database.
•    Support day to day marketing activities and special projects, to be defined.  This includes logistics and activities related to conference participation and events. 
•    Help track marketing expenses in a budget spreadsheet. 

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
•    University student studying marketing or communications.
•    Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
•    Attention to detail
•    Professional appearance and demeanor.
 
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with databases.
•    Previous work experience a plus.
