公司业务是做 Due Diligence 和 Risk Consulting 客户主要是投资/金融机构和其他行业的 key players.
Intern 主要涉及 Business Development 的 Market Research 
也有机会参与到项目中来，完全看个人；而且定期内部培训可以参加。
因为工作内容会着眼于亚太甚至全球范围的BD，
所以 prefer 专业是经济学/商科/国际关系/政治的，
但只要有点 sense, 也欢迎你来尝试，专业和年级限制不是硬性（我就是理工科的）。
公司氛围很好，老板同事相当 charming（具体的就不赘述了，虽然很乐于分享）。办公地
点在市中心。
1/3-1/2员工是 native english speakers. line manager 是美籍华人。
目前 intern 都是 Tufts, JohnsHopkins, 复旦，南大，香港大学生
业务年景不错  所以最近缺人

Job Title:    Intern
Job Purpose:  Assist in research of companies in China
Department:   Global Client Services
Line Manager: Frank Tsai
Location:     Shanghai

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
Assisting project work and pre-sales work with secondary research on selected 
companies, industries, and sectors. This can range from support of client deve
lopment to assisting projects on due diligence and fraud.
From this, the intern will acquire a good sense of working in a top, global mu
ltinational organization and of international risk consulting specifically.


Requirements: 
Fourth-year undergraduate or graduate students in international affairs, busin
ess, economics, and related fields, as well as all smart students who are inte
rested in risk consulting.  International exposure ideal.
Native Mandarin Chinese (strict requirement).
Very good English abilities (nearly half of coworkers are foreigners).

Skills:    	
Good communication skills (Chinese and English).
Strong research skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).

Behaviours:	
Analytic thinker who is curious and a fast learner
Self-starter who has the ability to work actively and have ideas
