【职位需求】
职位： RF/Antenna Design Engineer  人数： 15
Job Responsibilities:
1.Generate concept samples I the prototype lab working with Mechanical Engineer an d Craftsmen
2.Modify application to accommodate antenna testing
3.Design an d install antenna an d match circuit for optimal performance
4.Evaluate Antenna Performance an d report findings in a clear an d understan dable manner
5.Invent, Implement an d realize electrical concepts that fulfill customer an d internal expectations in a timely manner
6.Support the coordination of customer deliverables by providing Electrical Engineering expertise to the Product Management Staff
7.Coordinate with an d through procurement to leverage detailed knowledge from suppliers to enhance development an d prototype effort
8.Engineer to be aware of electrical design risk, an d develop design alternatives to minimize that risk
9.Active involvement an d support to global production areas to be expected
10.Active mentoring an d sharing of knowledge to promote increase departmental knowledge base

Requirements
1.Majored in Microwave related
2.Significant theoretical an d experience-based knowledge on the trade-offs inherent with antenna design;
3.Understan ding an d awareness of emergent trends in the global antenna an d RF community etc
4.Solid grasp of SAR mitigation techniques an d approaches is preferable;
5.Han ds-on experience in Antenna design for mobile communication
