Job description Application Instructions：
UK University-based Company has developed innovative inkjet systems for the photo-imaging, office and consumer markets.

The Company currently manufactures in Mainland China.

The UK MD feels it would be beneficial to bring into the business finance from within HK or PRC, with the additional benefit of local business culture.

Therefore, an opportunity has arisen for a part-time Assistant to help in identifying potential HK-based financial partners. Ideally the successful candidate will be a postgraduate student currently studying in Hong Kong (business or financial background). Core duties would include assisting with the following matters:
•Helping UK Managing Director by researching sources of finance in order to  develop the business, ahead of the MD's visit to HK.
•Contacting potential investors in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China and arranging meetings.
•Communicating with the local manufacturers when he travels to China.

Personal requirement:
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Cantonese might also be useful
•Mature attitude
•Good problem solving and creative, solution-building skills
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Good IT skills
•Experiences in a previous business would be an advantage
•Smart appearance
