【招聘职位】
1. Technical Support Engineer 技术支持工程师
Responsibility
• Technical support for customer issues via phone calls, email, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot issues, execute a course of action, test the issue and update to the customer with the results
• Issues recreation in lab, bug report and defect verifications
• Communication internally with developers, QA and field engineers.
• Respond to customers in a timely/kindly manner
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Understanding of IP networking
• Familiar with at least two of following: VLAN, Port Aggregation, Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
• Experience in debugging using network traces
• Experience configuring network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, vpn gateways, etc
• C programming or scripting language such as TCL, Perl, Python, or Shell
• Familiar with Linux environment and testing tools for network devices
• Network Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
• Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2. Software Engineer- Linux,C programming C开发工程师
Requirements
• Good knowledge and experience in Linux application development
• Experience with GNU development tools such as gcc, gdb, ld, ldconfig; makefile
• Advanced C programming skills
• Knowledge or experience with multi-threaded programming
• Knowledge of experience with system IPC mechanisms, signals, socket, daemon,
• Knowledge of linux system utilities
• Good written English skills
• Bachelors degrees in computer science, engineering, physics, or math
Prefer
• Experience with Linux driver or kernel development
• Good understanding with IP networking protocols
• Good spoke English language skills
• Software debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience or understand of traditional Software engineering methodology

3. Software Automation Engineer 自动化测试工程师
Requirements
• Strong software programming ability in any language
• Experience working in Linux environment
• Familiar with basic IP networking
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Bachelors degrees in computer science, engineering, physics, or math
Preferred
• Experience developing software using TCL/expect
• Familiar with C programming
• Familiar with tools to capture or generate network traffic
• Experience with socket programming
• Knowledge of software test methodology, and software test automation concepts
• Familiar with HTML, Javascript, of other web UI technology
• Good spoken English
• Masters or PhD in computer science, engineering, physics, or math
4. QA tester 软件测试工程师
• Responsibilities Include:
- Designing , developing, executing and automating test cases and test plans for AX Series product
- Designing and maintaining test beds to ensure product quality
- Working with engineering and support teams on improving product quality, and recreation of customer reported issues/bugs
• Requirements:
Familiar with at least two of following: L2/3, TCP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, IPv4/v6, LSN, NAT64, DS-lite, 6RD
Experience in debugging L2/L3 problems by analyzing network traces
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (TCL/TK, Expect, Perl, Python)
Experience in Linux system administration and networking
Knowledge of application delivery and server load balancing
Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 L3 Forwarding and NAT
Proficient in reading and writing English
Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of complex networks desirable
Experience using/automating third party test tools (e.g. Spirent, Ixia) desirable
• Routing Protocols (OSPFv2/3, IS-IS, BGP4 ) desirable
• Knowledge of web application acceleration, application protocols and the latest web technologies desirable.
• Self-motivated, quick learner with “can-do” attitude, strong team player
