The Order Executioner is responsible for order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement.
As an Order Executioner, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- l Review requisition requirements
- l Work efficiently with requester/client for additional information or any questions
- l Determine source from Sourcing Instructions and contact supplier for price and delivery
- l Negotiate cost savings and terms when applicable (non contracted sources)
- l Procurement of low dollar purchases services
- l Consult Sourcing & Tactical Buyer to understand commodity strategy
- l Knowledge of all client specific processes and procedures
- l Initiate outline agreements
- l Interface with clients and suppliers on supplier and payment issues in conjunction
- l Maintain all relevant supplier documentation (Certificates of Insurance; client specific EH&S documents, and supplier diversity certification)
- l Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
- l Work with commodity manager and team lead
- l Resolve blocked invoices
- l Expedite Orders and follow up on deliveries
所需要求：
1.语言要求：能够流利地用英语和native speaker交流。如有其它语言优势， 请标明！
Major in English is not required but will be a plus.
2. 性格开朗，责任心强，善于沟通和表达。
3. 能接受early-shift: 7:00-16:30节假日跟support的country一致。
