EDF is  one of the world’s largest power utilities (a  Global Fortune 500 company) with significant operations in the power sector in China.

EDF (Beijing) Energy Consulting Company Ltd belonging to EDF Group is seeking  one high caliber and dynamic legal trainee for 6 months internship starting from Sept or Oct 2012. The internship is in our office located at Henderson Center, 18 Jianguomennei avenue, Beijing, PR China.

The applicant for the internship should have

1.  A Postgraduate Law Degree law preferably in business or corporate law

2.         A good knowledge of PRC business law, PRC bar admission is preferred.

3.  Fluent in Chinese (mandarin),  and English language skills (read, spoken, written). Command of French is an advantage.

6.        Strong analytical, drafting and negotiating skills.

7.        Team player with good communication skill.

8.        Quick starter, ability to adapt.  Overseas exposures are a plus.
