The British Council, operating in China as the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy, is one of the world's largest cultural relations' organizations, with operations in over 100 countries. 英国驻广州总领事馆文化教育处招聘: IT Intern
Deliverables:
1. To assist the IT Manager in delivering IT services to the office like Video Conference, teleconference set-up and back up tape change;
2. To provide computer networking, software applications support for colleagues.
3. To provide support in routine hardware and software troubleshooting: 80% of application support and routine hardware troubleshooting issues are resolved within 2 hours.
4. To report IT support activity to IT Manager. All support issues are put in record;
5. To enhance efficiency by means of technology.
6. To assist the IT manager in providing IT training for new staff and delivery of additional IT training as appropriate.
