Our lawyers are multi-lingual and admitted in multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, England and Wales, the United States, Ireland, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

Job Description

We are looking for several interns to join our corporate, commercial and employment group. This position will involve the following responsibilities:

• Research of laws and regulations in various areas, especially corporate and employment;
• Preparing legal documents;
• Translating contracts and other legal documents;
• Contacting various governmental authorities as required;
• Other work that instructed by partners from time to time.

The candidate must be:

· Law school students, either under-graduates in their 2nd or 3rd year, or post-graduates in their 1st or 2nd year of study;

· Responsible and committed;

· Have sound academic scores;

· Be fluent in English (written and oral);

· Be able to work under pressure;

Successful candidates will be provided allowance and, most importantly, gain valuable experience.
