Job Description:
1. General office administration for LMV/BT.
2. General expense claim and travel expense claim for the LMV/BT.
3. Office facility purchase.
4. Support other business activities.
5. Personal assistant for a demanding boss and completing Challenging assignments.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in both written and oral. Outgoing and easygoing.
2. Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
3. Flexible working time, can work for 3 to 5 complete working days per week,
Saturday & Sunday NOT included.
4. Internship of six months is a must.
5. Third year undergraduate students and first year postgraduates are preferable and fourth year undergraduate who will go on studying also are OK.
Notes:
1. Female only.
4. Make sure you will stay in Guangzhou and can work during winter vacation.
5. Working hours: 8:30am~17:30pm from Mon. to Fri.
6. Pay: ¥10/hour.
