Job Description (Detailed information is required including: Tasks/responsibilities, daily work, things interns have to know/learn, projects involved:
1) 负责我们最大的客户沙特团体的日常沟通 (邮件及电话)
In charge of the daily communication with our largest policyholder, Saudi Arabia, including email and phone calls. Coordinates responses for phone inquiries and written correspondence related to claim processing issues.
2) 理赔材料整理
Supporting colleagues in the handling of high-end health claims, managing claim documents and helps to tidy document requested by colleagues efficiently.
3) 系统数据录入
Proactively getting involved in claims data collection and reporting.
4) 客户信息查对
Checking clients’ personal information to ensure supply of appropriate services to customers.
5) 文案翻译
Translating claim documents, policy or other files from Arabic to English if needed.
6) 部门内的其它工作
Completing other targets per upgrade manager required. |
