我们这次一共组织了2场评价中心面试，一共2天（2013年2月19-20日），每场一天。在全天的面试中，候选人将接受不同形式的考核，包括无领导小组讨论，即兴演讲，角色扮演，一对一面试等。考核者均是来自于巴斯夫德国，中国香港以及上海的人力资源专家和技术经理。成功通过面试的候选者将在上海公司工作6个月后，被送到国外（德国，美国，日本）培训1年，1年后回上海任职。面试地点定于千禧海鸥虹桥大酒店。

Development and Training Opportunities
Recruited candidates will be provided with a tailor-made training plan according to their individual qualification and target position, with possible job rotations. Upon satisfactory completion of first 6 months’ onboarding in BASF Shanghai Coatings Co., Ltd., candidates will be sent to attend an overseas professional training program for 12 months. This training program offers candidates the chance to gain experience and prove themselves by working on challenging projects with different operational or corporate units in an international environment. The candidates will return to BASFShanghai Coatings Co., Ltd. upon successful completion of their overseas training.
Eligibility
We are looking for ambitious young talents with bachelor’s degree or higher and related working experience. Overseas and/or managerial experience will be highly appreciated. Good communication skills with strong foreign language capabilities (English or Japanese) are desired.
Eligible applicants will be invited to attend our Assessment Centerin February 2013.
