职位描述：
- 在顾问指导下明确客户的招聘要求，研究特定行业和市场
- 根据客户要求运用各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人，与候选人建立长期联系，开发人才库
- 及时更新数据库中候选人的资料

任职要求：
- 对人力资源/咨询行业有兴趣，专业不限，每周可提供至少3天的工作时间（工作日）
- 熟练中英文读写能力，口语良好者优先考虑
- 良好的沟通能力和抗压能力
- 有电话销售，电话调研实习经验的学生优先考虑；欢迎大二、大三、大四或研一、研二的学生应聘，增加职场经验，积累行业信息。
