Customer Service Support - Intern 
(MobileCom BU)  
  
 Responsibilities:  
 -Data administration and data collation for preparation of reports 
-Assist in various office administration duties eg. printing, filing, mailing,raise purchase requisition, etc. 
-Collation for final signed delivery notes. 
-Contact customer for delivery confirmation. 
-Miscellaneous and ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisor. 
 
 Requirements: 
-Min. Diploma/college education level. 
-Ability to converse in spoken & writing in English will be an advantage. 
-Sense of urgency & responsibility in task execution. 
-Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, etcs) 
-Mature and pleasant personality 
-Able to work with staffs of all levels 
-At least can work 4-5 days/week, and last for 6 months - 1 year.
