Our Finance division focuses on different finance & accounting capabilities to ensure that our business is sound. From the managing the day-to-day accounting, expenses, budget operation tracking, to preparation financial reports; also managing our credit facilities, reviewing our cash flow position, (wherein looking at cash investment options, with the aim maximized our cash value position in view of the different exchanges rates), since we are global organization.
Main Job Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities could include but not limited to the followings:
Managing / monitor / tracking accounting activities
Conducing Financial analysis and budget controlling
Conduct credit analysis, keeping alert of any potential risks
Prepare periodic financial reports
Responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable corporate control activities
Review to keep healthy our cash flow position, and where possible hedge foreign currency to reduce risk
Conduct M&A due diligence and lead integration of acquisitions as needed
Provide support to management team, analyze and make recommendations to improve profitability, operating efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in special projects such as financial planning and other strategic initiatives
Improve overall financial excellence through the development, deployment and measurement of key policies, processes, tools, technologies and skills.
Qualifications
Master / Bachelor Graduate students in Accounting or Finance fields or equivalent
Strong financial modeling capability; and thorough knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance
Strong Analytical skills; wherein able to spot trends, analyze data and translate into fact based recommendations
Good knowledge of risk / credit financial analysis skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal English skills.
