重庆西南医院拟办英文烧伤期刊的编辑助理，因办公需要，我们杂志现需要招聘医学英文编辑。

医学期刊 现招聘英文编辑，具体要求和工作职责如下：

 

一、要求：

（1）硕士以上；

（2）临床医学或生物医学专业；

（3）英语能力强，CET 6级以上；

（4）能熟练使用Office等文字和图片处理软件；

（5）具有较强的把握学术前沿及文献分析能力；

（6）发表过SCI论文或有英文杂志编辑工作经验者优先考虑；

（7）工作细致耐心，效率高，有创新意识及团队精神者优先考虑。

 

二、工作职责：

(1) 负责与相关专业国际专家沟通及约稿；
(2) 负责期刊稿件的初审、编辑、校队等工作；
(3) 负责期刊的宣传、信息搜集、归纳、整理、整合等工作；
(4) 完成编辑部安排的其他工作。

按西南医院相应待遇，具体面谈。

Scientific Editors for Medical Journal

 

Required Qualifications

Master or PhD degree in major of Clinical Medicine or Biomedicine required； Proficient command of both spoken and written English (CET 6 or above)； Previous experience in academic journal editing or management is desirable；

Comprehensive ability in academic research and creativity；

Strongly grasp academic frontier and documentation analysis ability is desirable；

Ability to work independently；

Ability to handle detailed work；

Ability to communicate with, and respond to Scholars and workmates in a professional, clear, and understandable manner；

Organizational and computer (E-Mail, Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) skills needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive and register manuscripts；

Organize and manage peer-review process；

Answer phone and e-mail inquiries about status of manuscripts；

Communicate with external editors regarding acceptance or revisions of manuscripts；

Request revisions from authors；

Produce final versions for publication；

Generate status reports and simple statistics, as requested；

Maintain records of correspondences；

Help to maintain the editorial boards of the journals；

Perform other duties as assigned。
